Now that Anne McLellan, leader of the federal task force on how to legalize marijuana and a former justice and public safety minister, has submitted her report/recommendations to the Federal government on the best way to legalize marijuana, the government can get on with its commitment of having it legalized in 2017. Details of her report have yet to be made public but are expected to be released soon.
